Payments/Cancellation /Rescheduling/Processing Fee
We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to not cancel within 24 hours of appointment start will result in a 50% late cancel fee charge and 100% no show fee. This fee will be sent via invoice or charged to the card on file. You will not receive another appointment until invoice is paid if did not book online.Our software tracks cancellations that are made without 24 hour notice. Any guest that has multiple cancellations without 24 hour notice will be placed on a guarantee required status. Guests place on this status are required to guarantee their future appointments with a credit card or gift card. A 50% fee will be charged to the required credit card or gift card when 24 hour notice is not given.
To offset high payment servicing costs, we charge a processing fee whenever you make a payment in salon, via invoice or on our website via credit card You may choose to send payment via Paypal to avoid credit card processing fee or use an alternate payment method at checkout in the studio. It is always our mission to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Beleza Express LLC, Beleza Couture Studio Express LLC, reserves the right to reschedule or cancel client appointment without advanced notice. Refunds or deposits will be returned to client after review by management.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled. There will be a rescheduling fee of $25 .We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment in the note section.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service appointment to allow adequate time to fill out our consultation form or you may request one be sent via email. Consultation forms are required for all chemical services,keratin treatments, allergies, and eyelash extension.
As a courtesy, we will send an email 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment . However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. All appointments are generally confirmed via email and text message so make sure you provide us with a valid email address and mobile number.
We offer a relaxing environment for both our guests and staff and ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your visit to help maintain the integrity of our atmosphere.
Our Salon staff are trained and educated in the newest trends, and techniques. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with the services received, we ask that you call within 2 DAYS of receiving services. We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to correct any issues you may be having. We want you to be satisfied with your services. In most cases, in salon evaluations are necessary in order to determine appropriate action.
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit within 3 days of purchase.
Gift card are available for your gift giving convenience and are offered in any amount of $25 or more. Once issued, they will expire after 6 months. Gift cards does not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash. You can add value at any time. Cards are a convenient way to prepay for all available services. Cards will be debited the service amount for any no-show appointments.
We ask, as a courtesy of all guests and our design team, for cell phones to be set to vibrate upon entrance of the salon.
Gratuities are not included in services provided or gift cards purchases. Gratuities are always appreciated and we thank you for your thoughtfulness. All tipping must be done in cash or check made out directly to your stylist. Envelopes are provided for your convenience from your stylist.
In the service area of the salon we can only accommodate those clients receiving services. We thank you for your cooperation in advance. Our goal is to provide each client with personalized individual attention. All guests are asked to wait in the reception area, due to the space we ask that you please refrain from bringing guests that are not receiving a service.
For the safety of our guests, Beleza Express LLC, prohibits the use of salon equipment by clients. This includes blowdryers.flat irons, shears, brushes, combs, and curling irons and nail implements.
