| Salon Etiquette |
| Cancellation Policy |
| We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Failure to not notify salon or stylist will result in a $25 charge on your next appointment. Our software tracks cancellations that are made without 24 hour notice. Any guest that has multiple cancellations without 24 hour notice will be placed on a guarantee required status. Guests place on this status are required to guarantee their future appointments with a credit card or gift certificate. A 50% fee will be charged to the required credit card or gift certificate when 24 hour notice is not given.(Includes all pre-purchased vouchers, gift cards, etc |
| Late Arrivals |
| If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be rescheduled. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. If time is critical to your schedule on a particular day, please make us aware of your schedule when scheduling your appointment. |
| Checking In |
| Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service appointment to allow adequate time to fill out our consultation form, or you may print from our website and bring in to your appointment. Consultation forms are required for all chemical services, allergies, and eyelash extension. |
| Confirmation Calls |
| As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. All appointments are generally confirmed via email so make sure you provide us with a valid email address. |
| Children Policy |
| We offer a relaxing environment for both our guests and staff and ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your visit to help maintain the integrity of our atmosphere. |
| Guarantee |
| Our Salon staff are trained and educated in the newest trends, and techniques. However, if for some reason you are unsatisfied with the services received, we ask that you call within 7 DAYS of receiving services. We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to correct any issues you may be having. We want you to be satisfied with your services. In most cases, in salon evaluations are necessary in order to determine appropriate action. |
| Returns |
| Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit within 7days of purchase. |
| Gift Certificates |
| Gift certificates are available for your gift giving convenience and are offered in any amount of $25 or more. Gift certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash. |
| Cell Phones |
| We ask, as a courtesy of all guests and our design team, for cell phones to be set to vibrate upon entrance of the salon. |
| Gratuities |
| Gratuities are not included in services provided or gift certificate purchases. Gratuities are always appreciated and we thank you for your thoughtfulness. All tipping must be done in cash or check made out directly to your stylist. Envelopes are provided for your convenience at the reception desk. Please indicate on the envelope who the tip is for and who it is from and we will forward it to your stylist. |
| Guest Policy |
| In the service area of the salon we can only accommodate those clients receiving services. We thank you for your cooperation in advance. Our goal is to provide each client with personalized individual attention. All guests are asked to wait in the reception area. |
| Custom Color Formulas |
| Our color formulas-derived from years of extensive continuing education and experience-are the property of Beleza. If, you’re moving out of state and you love your customized color so much that you want to take it to a new stylist there, you can purchase the formula for $150. |
