Trixie Matthews has been providing healthy, fabulous hair to women for more than 28 years. Trixie believes that all hair should be bouncy, radiant, and healthy; and with re-texturization, conditioning, and expert care, women of all ethnicity can have the effortlessly manageable, Hollywood hair they see on the silver screen.

Education:
 

A graduate of Dudley’s Beauty College, Trixie obtained her Cosmetology License and Instructor’s License. Then she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration followed by a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management. Trixie is also an A+ Certified Computer Specialist, an Image and Business Relationship Consultant, licensed NC Real Estate Broker, Property & Casualty Insurance Broker , Freight Broker, Loan Signing Agent, NC Notary Public, Credit Specialist,Wedding & Event Planning, and has completed her certification in Clinical Research with a focus on skin care and hair loss in women and hair replacement.

Educator:
 

After receiving her Business degrees, she has assisted more than 1,000 cosmetology students in pursuing their goal of having a career in the beauty industry by offering training classes, continuing education courses, and workshops in design principles, business and marketing.

Her desire to offer couture hair design on textured hair in a chic, inviting atmosphere was the basis for BCSx Haircare, and since opening the doors, Trixie has maintained a reputation for setting the bar on beauty and has become one of the Triangle’s leading go-to stylists and makeup artist.

Continued Education:
 

Trixie believes in providing the ultimate beauty experience for her clients, and diligently attends seminars and classes offered by the industry’s most respected and well known figures to remain abreast of the latest techniques and trends. She has completed various training courses and received certifications in hair, make up, skin care and editorial. Some of these certifications include Damone Roberts’ Master Class in eyebrow waxing and sculpting, Najah Aziz( LTR) Short Hair Boot Camp,Babe Hair Extension,GK Hair Smoothing System, Brazilian Blowout,Mac Pro  Make up  and Aveda haircutting  & color.
